Green Velvet Cheesecake Bars
These Green Velvet Cheesecake Bars are good for St. Patrick's Day. They look yummy and amazing with the green sprinkles.
- 1-2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1-2 cup chocolate graham cracker crums
- stick butter melted
- 1 oz green food coloring
- 4 cups cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- green sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, put the butter, graham cracker crumbs, and food coloring. Mix well.
Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Add the eggs and mix well. (See note)
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
On top of the crust, spread the cream cheese mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set in a preheated oven.
Allow cooling for 15 minutes before slicing and storing in the refrigerator.
Drizzle with green sprinkles on top.
