- 4 cups strawberries sliced
- 3 cups blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 lemon juice and zest
- 1 pie crust raw
- 2 tbsp whole milk for brushing
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a medium bowl, add the sugar, flour, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- Place the strawberries and blueberries in two separate bowls, then add the flour mixture equally into the two bowls with the berries.
- Add the lemon juice equally into both bowls and mix well.
- Cut out 2 flat pieces of a plastic container, then use the plastic container pieces to separate 1/4 of the unbaked pie crust from the rest.
- Place blueberries in the isolated 1/4 and strawberries in the remaining area. Remove plastic and discard.
- Cover the strawberries with unbaked dough strips and the blueberries with unbaked dough stars.
- Brush the pie crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the crust is golden and the berries are bubbling.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, and enjoy with family and friends!
