Ingredients
  

Gather the ingredients:

  • 10 oz. all-purpose flour or use certified gluten-free flour
  • 4 oz. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 stick butter unsalted, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar powder, or coconut sugar
  • 4 oz. pumpkin puree
  • cooking spray

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F and grease the tart pan with cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, pumpkin pie spice, and kosher salt. Mix them well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, and pumpkin until creamy.
  • Combine the flour mixture and butter mixture until just incorporated. In a prepared pan, spread the batter or dough.
  • In a preheated oven, bake them for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until they become golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting them into wedges or bars using a serrated knife.
  • Served with ice cream and sprinkled with some sugar. Enjoy!
