Gather the ingredients:
- 10 oz. all-purpose flour or use certified gluten-free flour
- 4 oz. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 stick butter unsalted, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar powder, or coconut sugar
- 4 oz. pumpkin puree
- cooking spray
Let us bake!
Preheat the oven to 300°F and grease the tart pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, pumpkin pie spice, and kosher salt. Mix them well.
In a separate bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, and pumpkin until creamy.
Combine the flour mixture and butter mixture until just incorporated. In a prepared pan, spread the batter or dough.
In a preheated oven, bake them for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until they become golden brown.
Allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting them into wedges or bars using a serrated knife.
