Easy-to-make-Apple Blondies

These apple blondies are easy to make with only a few ingredients required. full of fall flavor. Brown sugar, cinnamon, and diced apples are baked into it. These blondies are customizable. Ingredients
  

What you will need:

  • 10 oz. all-purpose flour or use certified gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 4 cup butter melted, unsalted, or any non-dairy butter
  • 8 oz sugar lightly brown, or use Trader Joe's organic brown sugar, if preferred.
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg at room temperature, if vegan alternatively uses 3 tbsp of flax seeds and stir in 3 tbsp of water.
  • 2 medium apples peeled and diced

Instructions
 

What you will do:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix them well. Set them aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar till combined, then add eggs generously and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Combine together the flour mixture and melted butter mixture, then add the diced apples, and stir well again.
  • In a prepared baking pan, transfer the apple mixture and bake for at least 25–30 minutes.
  • Allow cooling before cutting into a square. Served and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Note
  • I suggest using Granny smith or Honey crisp in this recipe as they keep the flavor.
  • Make sure the butter is melted before adding it to the brown sugar. It will result in a rich and thick blondie.
