- 10 stalks rhubarb deep red, sliced
- ⅔ cup maple syrup
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 quart Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp Granola Seeds and fruits included
