Triple Chocolate Bundt Cake

Cake
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups light brown sugar packed
- ¾ cups Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot coffee freshly brewed
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Ganache
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Let's Begin!
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ degrees. Grease a bundt pan with butter and flour. Set aside.
- In a bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, add the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix on low speed until combined.
- In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla with a whisk until combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the stand mixer on low. Then add the coffee to the mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before adding the ganache.
- To make the ganache, add the heavy cream and dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments.
- Using a fork, add the chocolate ganache in a zig-zag pattern.
- Garnish with remaining chocolate chips.
