- 4 cups strawberries trimmed and quartered
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup cognac or other brandy
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp malted milk powder
