- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp allspice
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup carrot peeled and grated
- 1 cup apple grated
