- 1 pound unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar plus 3 tbsp for sprinkling
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 ⅓ cup rice flour sifted
