Orange Sauce
- 6 ounces silken tofu extra-firm
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice preferably freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch kosher salt or to taste
- 1-3 tbsp almond milk
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl combine the almond milk, orange juice, date paste, flaxseed, flour, orange zest, cinnamon, and ginger.

- Pour into an 8-inch square nonstick or silicone baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is golden-brown and firm to the touch.
