Cinnamon Swirl Protein Cake
Ingredients

- 1 egg white
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla
- 2 tsp stevia
- ½ tbsp cinnamon ground
- ⅓ cup oat milk

- Preheat the oven to 325°F, then line a small loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a blender, blend the oats, egg whites, and oat milk until the consistency is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl. Whisk it together with the protein powder and 1 tsp of stevia.
- Pour ⅔ of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then whisk the cinnamon and remaining stevia into the remaining ⅓ batter.
- slowly pour the cinnamon batter onto the loaf pan while making swirl patterns and streaks. if preferred, use a knife or skewer to make swirls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
