- Baking powder & Flour: Any flour will work in this recipe but if you want to keep this gluten-free find certified gluten-free flour such as almond flour, arrowroot flour, oat flour, etc.
- Spices: All you need is ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and kosher salt.
- Apple: I suggest using Granny smith or honey crisp they are the perfect apple in this recipe.
- Eggs: If you are a vegan and don’t want to use eggs feel free to substitute 1 tbsp of flax seeds and store them in 3 tbsp of water.
- Butter: In this recipe, we originally use unsalted butter.
- Vanilla extract: It adds aromatic flavor to the apple blondies.
- Brown Sugar: You can also use sugar cane, raw sugar, or unrefined.
