What is Matcha?

Matcha is a powdered green tea that has been integral to Japanese culture for centuries. Originating from the skilled hands of Buddhist Monks in the 12th century, traditionally it was used during ceremonies and as a medicinal enhancer due to its potent nutritional profile. Rich in antioxidants, Matcha gives us a natural energy boost without the negative side effects associated with many other energy-giving supplements.

On top of that, it also contains vitamins and minerals important for cognitive development so you can feel great while doing your best work. Brewed with hot water or milk, there are countless recipes and creative ways of enjoying matcha – such as turning it into smoothies and lattes! All in all, Matcha provides a well-rounded source of nutrition and stimulation making it an optimal choice for health-seekers who strive for excellence.
