- 1½ cup pears ripe, fresh, diced

- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter melted

- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease the muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats and milk until the oats absorb the milk. Then, beat the eggs with brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Do not overmix.
